An integrated strategy and marketing agency is seeking a UI/UX & Web Designer to lead the design of digital experiences across client websites, landing pages, interactive tools, and campaign microsites. This person will serve as the creative team's go-to resource for UI/UX and web design, partnering with strategists, developers, and creative leads from initial concept through launch.

Key Highlights

Schedule: Hybrid - in-office as needed

Salary: $45-55/hr | $70,000–$95,000

What You'll Do

• Lead UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, digital tools, microsites, and interactive experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, mobile, and other devices
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
• Translate campaign and communications goals into intuitive digital experiences
• Partner with developers throughout implementation to maintain design quality and feasibility
• Participate in client presentations, creative reviews, and new-business pitches
• Manage project timelines, design documentation, handoffs, and external development partners
• Help refine the team's web design processes and best practices

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in UI/UX, web design, or a related digital design role
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and polished visual execution
• Experience designing responsive websites and digital products
• Working knowledge of front-end development principles, including HTML and CSS
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow, web-development workflows, or data visualization is a plus
• Political campaigns, advocacy, public affairs, or agency experience is also a plus
