Responsibilities
Install solar panels and associated components on residential rooftops
Work with team members to ensure smooth and efficient installations
Perform electrical wiring and connections for residential solar systems
Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement
Assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Provide exceptional customer service during installation and post-installation support
Requirements
Prior experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring principles and codes
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
