Remote Call Center RepresentativeOur call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Customer service experience is a plus but not required to be successful in this role.The starting pay rate is $15.00 an hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.Paid time off is accrued after 180 days of employment.Health benefits, medical, dental, and vision is available on the 1st of employment.Fully work from home.You must successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of Nesting. You cannot miss a day of training.Hours of Operation: 24/7 to include weekends & holidays.Production schedules will be assigned during training and will be 2 hours up/down from training time. As we operate 24/7, you will be expected to work weekends as part of your regular schedule.About the Call Center Representative role:Provide exceptional customer support for claims, debit card issues, and website navigationAssist with commuter orders, eligible expenses, and balance inquiriesHandle HSA contributions, distributions, and account setupSupport tax form inquiries and profile updatesManage 30–40 calls per day while navigating multiple systemsRequirements for Remote Call Center Representative:Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices).High school diploma, GED, or college degree.You must have 6 months of customer service experience.Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance.Great problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively multi-taskFlexibility to work weekends & holidays.Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.Successful completion of a background check is required for this position, which includes education and previous employment verification (you may be asked to provide proof of each).Equipment and workspace requirements:We provide all the equipment. (Computer, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Headset, Ethernet Cord, Power Cables)You must have a home internet connection with 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed (you may do a quick check through must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet. (Ensure the available connection meets the minimum bandwidth requirements to perform your job function. Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable.)You Must have a quiet, distraction free workspace.
